Include the board outline, quantity, target delivery, layer count, approved stackup, exact RO4350B core/foil, finished copper, finish, minimum features and controlled-impedance requirements. Attach revision-matched copper, mask, outline and drill data through the supplier’s own process.
- Gerber / ODB++ and drill package with a fabrication drawing
- Material and pressed-stackup requirements, with allowed substitutions
- Impedance table, coupon requirements and test reports
- Quantity breaks, delivery location and requested schedule
